Artisan chocolates that are more than a luscious treat. They’re a thoughtful choice supporting a sustainable farming community in the Dominican Republic, fairtrade importers, and a small business in Port Coquitlam, Canada.

As a chocolatier, finding exceptional chocolate was essential. As someone who values sustainable agriculture and fair treatment for all workers, it had to be responsibly sourced too. So I was over the moon to find suppliers who use traditional growing methods, regenerative farming and state of the art processing methods to create chocolate that tastes superb. It’s the main ingredient in all my handmade creations. All organic and free from soy lecithin, always.

Hi! I'm Francoise.

Trained as an artist in France, I care deeply about aesthetics. From custom moulds to shimmering finishes, each piece is crafted to delight both the eye and the palate. 

All chocolates are made in small batches in a Fraser Health-approved commercial kitchen so you can expect freshness and exceptional taste. I choose ingredients with intention and care, supporting local suppliers as often as possible. The Lion’s Mane mushroom powder comes from a certified B Corporation on Vancouver Island. The chocolate is organic, fairtrade, and grown using regenerative farming methods. 

I pour care into every step because I believe chocolate should be so much more than a sweet treat. It should be a moment of pure pleasure, a moment of bliss and connection to deeper state of being. 

I believe everyone has an innate sense of the sacred nature of chocolate. After all, chocolate transports us and we forever want to go back to it. That is powerful and it must be met with utter respect and impeccable processes.
