Artisan chocolates are more than a luscious treat. They’re a thoughtful choice supporting sustainable farming communities, importers of single-origin, fairly traded, organic tropical goods to Canada, and a small business in Vancouver, Canada.

As a chocolatier, finding exceptional chocolate is essential. As someone who values the incomparable quality of single-origin products, sustainable agriculture and fair treatment for all workers, it had to be responsibly sourced too. So I was over the moon to find a Canadian supplier who imports chocolate as a result of cooperation with farming communities that use traditional growing techniques, regenerative farming, and state-of-the-art processing methods to create chocolate that tastes superb, has only the needed ingredients (cacao mass, cacao butter, cane sugar and vanilla extract), no soy lecitin, fillers, or added emulsified oil. This delectable and perfect chocolate is the main ingredient in all my local handmade creations.

All chocolates are made in small batches in a Fraser Health-approved commercial kitchen, so you can expect freshness and exceptional taste. I choose ingredients with intention and care, supporting local suppliers as often as possible. The Lion’s Mane mushroom powder comes from a certified B Corporation on Vancouver Island. The chocolate is of single origin (Dominican Republic), organic, fair trade, and grown using regenerative farming methods. 

I pour care into every step because I believe chocolate should be so much more than a sweet treat. It should be a moment of pure pleasure, a moment of bliss and connection to deeper state of being. 

I believe everyone has an innate sense of the sacred nature of chocolate. After all, chocolate transports us and we forever want to go back to it. That is powerful and it must be met with utter respect and impeccable processes.
