Where do you ship to?
I ship chocolates to any address in British Columbia, Canada.
How long does it typically take to receive chocolates after ordering?
Shipping can take from 2 to 10 days depending on Canada Post’s delivery time.
Is there free shipping above a certain order value?
Yes, shipping is free for any orders over $100 (before tax).
How often do you ship, and do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Chocolates are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. No shipping is done on holidays.
Why might my chocolates be delayed?
I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible. That said, as a boutique one-person operation, very occasional unexpected delays can happen. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Does your chocolate travel well?
Yes, my chocolate travels well. Melting can happen if the temperature is over 25℃, so I don’t ship during very hot weather.
How do you protect products from heat damage? Could they melt during shipping?
Chocolates can melt if the temperature is over 25℃, so I don’t ship during very hot weather.
Insulated packaging may be available in the future, but not yet.
Do you ship during extremely hot or cold weather?
Extremely cold weather doesn’t harm my chocolate so I do ship during cold weather.
I don’t ship during extremely hot weather.
Are there shipping options such as Canada Post or FedEx?
At the moment, I only use Canada Post.
Do you take any responsibility for the product once it has been given to the shipping company?
No, once it’s out of my hands I have no control.
What can go wrong with shipping?
Unexpected postal strikes can disrupt shipping.
What is your refund policy?
I can’t offer refunds because chocolate is a food product.
Can the chocolate be shipped as a gift?
Unfortunately, gift cards are not supported yet.
